How is a nectarine different from a peach?

Nectarines are a mutant form of peach. Generally they’re smaller, denser, and more flavorful than peaches. And they’re fuzzless!

Why haven’t I seen nectarine juice in the market before?

Until now, there hasn’t been a process to extract nectarine juice from the nectarine. The difficulty has been finding a method to get the juice from the fruit, while avoiding the pit. NBI Juiceworks™ has perfected the manufacturing process to remove all the undesirable solids from the nectarine, leaving only the fresh, pure juice.

Are Sun Shower™ juices organic?

No, they are not organic.

I see on the label that sucralose has been added to the product. Why does NBI Juiceworks™ do that?

Sucralose is a product made from sugar. But it has no calories. NBI Juiceworks™ adds sucralose to Sun Shower™ juices to provide a consistent level of sweetness (called brix) so that consumers can count on a consistent, great taste.

Is Sun Shower™ made from concentrated juice?

All of the nectarine juice used in Sun Shower™ juices is “Not From Concentrate.” NBI Juiceworks™ purchases fresh fruit, processes it, stores the juice from this processing, and bottles it in what’s called a “cold fill” environment. So Sun Shower™ nectarine juice contains no juice concentrates. To create our flavor varieties, we do use berry and mango juice concentrates, the highest quality available.

Does Sun Shower™ contain sugar or preservatives?

No sugar or preservatives are used to create Sun Shower™ juices.

I love the taste? Is Sun Shower™ good for me?

Absolutely yes. Sun Shower™ juices possess a wide range of healthful attributes. They’re low in calories. They have 100% of the daily RDA of Vitamin C. They are high in Iron, Potassium and Vitamin A. They are high in antioxidants, phyto-nutrients, and beta-carotene. And nectarine juice is low acid. It’s a great alternative to orange juice.
